FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) is a single-ply commercial roofing membrane known for its reflective surface and heat-welded seams. It’s popular for flat and low-slope commercial buildings because it balances energy efficiency, durability, and cost.
Yes. TPO’s reflective white surface helps deflect heat and reduce cooling costs, which is a real advantage in Florida’s climate. Its welded seams and weather resistance also stand up well to sun and storms when installed correctly.
A properly installed and maintained TPO roof typically lasts around 15 to 25 years. Installation quality matters a great deal, since the welded seams are what keep the system watertight.
TPO can often be repaired, especially punctures or seam separations caught early. We inspect to find the source and recommend replacement only when the membrane is widely worn or near the end of its life.
Yes. If we complete a job and an issue remains, we come back and make it right. Every project is backed by our workmanship guarantee.
